It is with an extremely heavy heart that we wake this morning to the heartbreaking news of losing such a bright, young, and beautiful soul. Today, we honor and remember Cloey Criggall — to some a teammate, to others a cherished friend, and to all who knew her, a radiant light whose warmth and spirit touched countless lives.
On and off the field, Cloey embodied everything admirable — fierce determination, humility, passion, and a joy that lifted those around her. She was not only a competitor but a motivator, always encouraging others with that signature smile that could brighten even the darkest day. Her laughter echoed through dugouts and hearts alike, her energy unstoppable and her kindness unshakable.
Beyond her athleticism, Cloey’s character spoke volumes. She was hardworking, responsible, and mature beyond her years — the kind of young woman who worked multiple jobs, planned for her future, and never failed to express gratitude.
